Tell us a bit about yourself:
My name is Emmett Grogan , i come from a town in Ireland on the the east coast called Drogheda . I have been hooked on House music since the age of 19 ‘after visiting ibiza for the first time , since then I’ve visited the island 12 times . I am self employed but my dream has always been to pursue a dj career , i am a little of a late starter but i feel its time in my life now to try pursue and follow my dreams .

What’s your favourite thing about Ibiza?
Ibiza has something for everyone , doesn’t matter what race , sexual orientation , or language you speak , everyone is included and united through music .
What’s the easiest thing about being a DJ?
with all the digital music available , its very easy to add to my library of music regularly and keep on top of new music being released .
And whats the hardest thing about being a DJ?
i find set selection the difficult , there is always the unknown of whether the crowd will like it or not .
Best thing about Dance Music culture right now?
the diversity in genres , the quality of the new music is incredible , for example how popular melodic has become .

I would really love to win this competition, i am a late comer to djing , and started djing after a very dark period in my life . Playing my decks brings me to my happy place , and i would live a life long dream of playing in ibiza if i won this competition .. Music is the answer . Please vote for me .
