There are all kinds of things you could say about DJs, how some are radio personalities, Wedding specialists, nightclub DJs, masters of ceremonies, and it goes on and on. None of those apply to SideAffex. NONE. I asked SideAffex to come work with King of Clubs because he’s one of the best. The dude hits the party switch and it’s game on. SideAffex like all of us at King of Clubs is a Party Rocker. Party rockers aren’t typical DJs, they have skills most other DJs don’t. They aren’t playing a bunch of bunk music and looking out at the dancefloor like, “you requested this! Now dance.” And play the full song. NOPE. Fade, mix, on to the next, or never play it, to begin with (Yes you can make a bad request it happens often.)Sideaffex isn’t bred like that. Party rockers just aren’t. we aren’t here for the filler and that. We are here for one reason and one reason only, to melt faces with music so enchanting you HAVE TO MOVE YOUR BODY. No, sideaffex isn’t playing Usher’s “Yeah” at midnight. No. He’s dropping bombs and I can’t tell you what they are because he doesn’t even know and neither do I!So, what is a Party Rocker you ask? It’s someone who understands that those 2 decks come with a responsibility that many people don’t realize. Years of practice learning scratches fade, and mixes. Someone who has a computer for a Brain full of nothing but music, and they know what is going to make you move, and make this night the best night of your life. Does that sound like anyone to you? He has a love of music that is unmatched. Yeah, he holds a day job, but when he’s not there or being a great single father, He’s practicing like a warrior expecting war every day. Then the weekend hits, and the fun begins. SideAffex becomes a different person. He becomes this walking encyclopedia of music that is opened to “lose your mind because we are about to party our A$$es off.”No set is the same, no trick the same. It’s like watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel only his canvas is the dancefloor, and the painting is music. It’s a work of art, day in and day out. I know he’s opened my bars, my nightclub, and kept my places packed. He’s an animal to the nth degree. He’s a party rocker with more skills than most, more knowledge than apple music, and he makes it look easy. Sideaffex isn’t just another DJ, he isn’t throwing another whack party.
